5. Chennai

Chennai is another pretty rich place in India, and it also happens to be the capital of Tamil Nadu. The city has got one of the highest numbers of foreigners, among all cities in the country. In other words, foreigners reading this article should really take the city into consideration.

While Mumbai might be the richest place in Maharashtra, it is not the only highly rich place in the state. We also have Pune to be another highly wealthy city in the state. This city is dominated by Hinduism, although we have a significant number of Muslims in the city. We find this place to be a great place for someone interested in catching fun, regardless of whether you are from within or outside India. However, when it comes to population, Pune is not a city capable of competing with Mumbai.

8. Ahmedabad
